Oh ma gosh, play around with this tool, how great is this for learning more about different cuts of meat and bovine anatomy! Incredible..!

Actually if it isn't already, it should be either made a sticky or put in to a relevant sticky.

That's a great site! I've become somewhat of a bovine-anatomy student since eating RPD, and I think it has saved me money to know what muscle and bone I'm talking about when I go to the butcher. I also sound like I know what I'm talking about, and that boosts my confidence when it comes to living as a "outed" raw meat-eater.

Another source of instruction is youtube videos on butchery. As a footnote, let me add that I speak as one who does not do my own butchering. I toyed with the idea, but I don't think I have the location to slaughter an animal, or the physical strength to butcher anything larger than a chicken.
