Hello,
I would like to drink water that is free of fluoride and chlorine, but I remember reading recently that even bottled spring water often has added fluoride. Does anyone have any insight into how/where I can get clean water?

I'm pretty sure that there is no added fluoride in mineral water from natural springs. Now, standard mineral water not from natural springs is often just processed tapwater, so may well have fluoride in it.

This should be good water, but call them up and tell them you want to know about everything that happens to the water after it leaves the ground.
You want to know exactly what filration system is used. You want to know if the water is heated at all. And you want to know if there as been ANYTHING added to the water at all, no matter how innocuous they think it is.
If they're only using a sediment filter, they don't cook the water and they don't add anything to it, you have a winner. The only bummer is that it will come in plastic, but if you have your own glass containers you can empty your water in to them immediately upon delivery.
You local health food store might be able to get bulk containers of this water shipped to them with their other waters and if you pick up at the store could save you on shipping fees, so see about piggy backing on their order.

Otherwise, if you can locate a spring outside of the city and not surrounded by farms, that water should be good.
Supposedly there's a spring or some kind of running fresh water at the end of forbidden drive. But you'll have to call the park about that, and I don't know if it would be clean or contaminated.
Anytime you are considering a new source of water just do your best to determine any sources of contamination. Farms, cities, industrial waste, broadcast towers, these are your most common and worst sources of contamination. If you can find a spring out in the middle of a forest, that is your best option.

real spring water should not have any added flouride. Its alright if there is some natural occuring flouride. Sodium flouride is the one you need to look out for.

Find a spring.
Distill your own water at home. Buy a home distiller. For the water to have structure, squeeze a lemon or an orange in it.

I live in outside Philly area...
I use the BERKEY WATER FILTER, works well and removes everything bad from water
