Title: ground beef fridge

I just ground up some beef and have it in a bowl covered with saran wrap in the fridge. Should I keep the saran wrap or leave it uncovered?

uncovered...if its in a nice tight ball the outside will dry out a bit but not turn brown and the inside should stay nice and unoxidized
