This guy on Youtube has a different Youtube video promoting raw, palaeolithic diets, which I've referred to, elsewhere. Here is one of his other youtube videos, which has quite a lot of insight in it:-

I see he has a video about the central banking economic system. This guy is spot on with how I feel about it.

Yeah, I've watched a few of this guy's videos in the past.
I really like a lot of what he has to say.

Nice vid.  I've never watched anything from him before.  What he's encapsulated here is pretty much how I try and view the world.  I found it a good and enjoyable reminder.

His name is Loren Howe.

A few months ago I bought his book on lulu.com pretty good read. Pretty cheap for $ 1.25. The Real Story of Money, Health, and Religion. http://www.lulu.com/content/592768
