my lunch today :)  it's not really original because I saw something similar at whole foods, but i recreated it better ;)

Ooh, very pretty. Fresh raw scallops are soooo good, too.

I love scallops too but they cost around 50;00 € / kg here. -X
How did you "create" the salmon-dish (what ingredients.. if it is not a secret ;)) ?
