Title: Paleo-style

Hello to everyone on these boards!
I'm JaX, I'm a guy who has been interested in health and diet for a long time. I have tried different "diets" along the way, have researched a great deal into nutrition, and a paleolithic diet is what makes most sense to me.
I've tried different ratios of fruits/vegetables/meat with paleo nutrtion, and have found that a paleo diet high in raw fruit/vegetables and low in meat doesn't work for me, at least not long-term. So now I'm eating a paleo diet of more meat which seems to be working better.
I'm hoping to learn more from these boards and to find other people who also have an interest in health and nutrition.

Alright. i'm also headed in your direction. The past few months I've been upping my raw meat vs fruits. Trying to shift to low carb and high fat.
