Hello all,

Has anyone dealt with,or is dealing with add and has been cured through the raw paleo diet?

Raw paleo diet is the best thing for curing these things but is not even necessary. Almost every single add/hd case is caused by overconsumption of sugars, especially artificial ones such as high fructose corn syrup. Cut out the sodas and candies and that alone will show a huge improvement in the condition. Raw paleo is obviously the best if you really want to kick add's butt.

Thanks for the info.Im a Diabetic,so it makes sense.Im new to RPD,so if theres any info that could be passed to me,it would be greatly appreciated.

We want to live by aajonus vonderplanitz gives detailed instructions on how to cure diabetes. I would retype them for you but its a full page and if you dont have that book yet id say its the most important book regarding rpd type diets that one can get in my opinion and I think you should just get it.
