I think you can buy avocado plants, either bare root or in pots, from Florida or South California.

Avocado trees are tropical. They only grow where the temperatures do not go down below freezing. Leaves such as that would not likely be able to be shipped undried unless in refrigeration like they do lettuces and such. They are a very thick, broad leaf. Are you sure that you need them to be fresh?

If you live in the tropics you can buy the plant easily or find someone with an avocado tree. Perhaps some garden center near you might import them in summer as a houseplant - but that would be a rarity.

What I would do is get a haas avocado, save the pit and grow an indoor plant so that I could have the leaves. You stick for toothpicks halfway down the pit and suspend the lower half of the pit over a glass of water so that the rounder part is submerged. You will see roots start to grow and then you put it in a good potting soil.

Otherwise, perhaps some place on line will have live plants for sale?

I personally would use other herbs that are from my area for the cleanse instead. Good Samaritan lives in the Phillipines so many of his cures are tropical. I personally prefer to use as many local plants as my helpers as possible.
