The article's mention re erectile dysfunction/obesity only applies to cooked animal food consumption, not raw animal foods. Come to think of it, though, since vegan diets lack key nutrients needed for a healthy sex-drive/sperm-count etc., they're not good either.
I am pleased that eating raw animal foods is often seen in the media as a sign of savagery and masculinity - indeed, raw oysters are, correctly, viewed as an aphrodisiac. The only thing is that I fear that future potential female RPDers might be put-off by this macho image. Well, we have Inger to show that RAF foods can be prepared to look very aesthetic and feminine on a plate.
