Title: fDA -drugs

I was just watching television and there were at least 6 commercials that advertised drugs that were taken off the market due to dangerous and life threatening reactions.Then it is mentioned that you possibly could have a case for a cash award.The companies would be sued and have to pay out millions to those affected by these drugs.Since the FDA approves these drugs to be safe,Can they get sued as well?

Probably not but you can bet your booties that the drug cartel will have the FDA in the corner in court or the lawmakers will let it go by making wimpier laws.
