Title: Fat becoming more solid??
Post by: SachieJarod on June 05, 2012, 01:27:21 am
Well, >:(
A really common (yet anecdotal) weight-loss thing I've heard about is how, as you're losing, the fat on your body goes from feeling fairly solid to feeling more squishy. This is supposed to be a sign the underlying fat is going away and the skin is just catching up. ___________

Bromine makes fat more solid, hard to remove by dieting, and bromine poisoning is common as dirt. It's a flame retardant used in fabrics, added to some soft drinks, sprayed on vegetables as an fungicide etc. If people somehow remove bromine from the iodine receptors in their (fat) cells, the body can then remove that fat with proper dieting.
