Title: How do you rate Robb Wolf?
Post by: Duke on June 26, 2012, 10:52:48 pm
I recently started reading Wolf's The Paleo Solution and i found all his book material intriguing, makes sense, and easy to understand. Cooked Paleo, cooking for 8 to 10mins meals. ALmost like whole food's diet without grains and dairy plus exercise.

Positive step for vast majority of people. We need stepping stones. People are not so keen on eating raw eggs, milk, and rare or raw meats and organs. If it gets people off processed garbage food, then it is a good thing.

Please put anti-rawpalaeo topics ALWAYS into the Hot Topics forum, in future! Done so now.
For me and some others here, cooked-palaeo was a disaster, healthwise. Most cooked-palaeodiet gurus also recommend horrible foods such as pasteurised dairy as well or grainfed meats and the like. But even a genuine cooked-palaeodiet isn't much use, I mean there's zilch bacteria therein, no enzyme-content, some load of heat-created toxins, poorer digestion of the (cooked) protein.

Rob is great and there is a bit of positive raw animal info in the general paleo info. Peg the paleo parent has her child eating raw hamburger on you tube. I started adding steak tar tar and lots of salad to my paleo diet before I went raw. I thought if the baby can do it so can I. They are all about high quality, grass fed, clean farming. I still follow his emails and just apply raw to the info it is easy. When I do cheat I stick to paleo and I feel pretty good about it. All of the exercise, lifestyle info is outstanding.
