Title: berry season
Post by: jessica on August 07, 2012, 09:53:36 am
oh my good lord i just ended up on a farm with wild saskatoons galore, they are like blueberries.  we also grow raspberries, carrots, peas and lettuce, amoung other things.  so happy to be eating fresh out of the ground.  this soil is amazing

i also am now eating 80/20 grass fed beef, its amazing, today the fat tasted so good to me i was almost supicious......but i trust my taste buds right now.  definitely eating my share of berries, but not much of anything else in the way of carbs.  it feels good.  lots of green things to eat everywhere, and i will have a good source of egg(yolks) soon as well as fresh raw goat whey.

pretty happy to be here, i live in a cabin in the middle of the woods, electricity but only for a double burner, a lamp and a radio.  i have to haul my water from point a to b.  and doing farm work 5 days a week.  i feel healthier already and hope everyone else is feeling the same

It's great that you're getting fresh food from good soil.  I hope you see good health improvements from it.

yeah i like whey by it self, i dont eat any other dairy so ill probably just sip on some here and there

ive been eating some dried coconut every once and a while and thought it might be good to rehydrate that with, dried coconut seems to give me a lot of energy, where as coconut oils/milks are irritating, it also makes for awesome poops

Sounds like your living the good life up there in Idaho. I'm envious! That's awesome. It sounds like heaven where you are, and so peaceful too. If you haven't already started a journal already, I suggest you start one. I love your sense of adventure. Your sprit is very inspiring. A cabin in the middle of the woods, doing/making an honest living for yourself. It doesn't get much more pure than that, your lucky. Your an inspiration to us all.
