I'm pretty sure many of us belong in this category of people.

And this is why we have to be especially tolerant in this forum.

My younger brother is the kind who seeks inclusion... at the expense of his health.  I have learned that my health and my childrens' health comes first as being too sociable can be fatal to us.

This is exactly why I try to be tolerant--even our best dietary experts have some wrong ideas, and even those who are total fools at least have useful data from their own experiments.
