Title: Hi... I've just joined RPF

Hi,  I've just joined RPF, and am newish to RPD.  I'm US  expat living in India.  I'm feeing excited and ready to go deeper with RPD....  Am waiting on my first batch of liver to "cure" in my freezer.  I can hardly wait for it to be ready!  This seems like a great place for support ... thanks!

Welcome!  What do you mean by "curing" the liver?
