If there are any wealthy RVAFers living in Scotland or soon to be holidaying there, I'd like to urge them to visit the L'Escargot Bleu" restaurant in Edinburgh mentioned in the article for its raw horsemeat. The more we encourage restaurants to serve raw meat, the better for all of us. I suggest leaving a larger tip than usual for such restaurants, along with an explanation for the size of the tip.
Also, what I found most amusing is that the article mentions pig DNA being present in those highly-processed beef "ready-meals". For decades, we Brits have had to tolerate having the leftovers of halal/kosher killings being sold to make meat for non-Jews/non-Muslims without their knowledge or individual consent, so this is a highly amusing bit of info.
