That was great to hear the old man state openly that he sometimes ate his horsemeat raw in slices.

Horse meat is popular in my home.
My family had horse adobo for dinner.

raw meats are becoming quite popular around here. Its only at the high end places though. It is a trend I am very pleased with either way.
