Title: post your daily meal plan!

I want to see what other raw paleo hunters are eatin, in detail!
Please post what you ate for at least a day, write what part of the animal if you ate meat, and write how much (grams, kg pounds) of everything. Include beverages too!
Here's my list for today:
Morning (breakfast, a.m)
1 banana 1 grapefruit - followed by, 30 minutes later: Raw fatty lamb meat from the neck of lamb 1/2 pound Raw pork fat (from the back of the pork), 1/4 pound
Lunch, 4pm
raw ribeye, 1/2 pound Raw pork fat, 1/4 pound
Dinner 8pm
Raw wild caught salmon, 1 pound Raw pork fat, 1/4 pound
Drinks: 1 big cup of zucchini juice made out of 1 zucchini (I had this at about 11pm) about 1 liter of water throughout the day

I was thinkin more of a full day meal plan... to see how much food others are eatin... really curious as to how you guys combine foods on a given day

Breakfast: High vitamin C fruit in season raw eggs / coconut meat and juice calamansi / lemon squeezed in water
Lunch: High fat raw animal food (lately I like beef)
Dinner: graze on light fruits in season + water to socialize with the family

In the late afternoon, around 3-4pm, I eat 2 lbs (1kg) of raw Slankers course Ground Chili meat mixed with a bit of their raw Dog & Cat food and enough raw fat to bring total calories from fat into the 65% to 70% range.
I drink only water and I drink whenever I'm thirsty.
I do this every day, day after day with little variation.
3 times per month I eat out and always order 2 large ribeye's extra rare, water to drink.
When traveling (3 or 4 times per year) I eat 1 lb of pemmican per day (made from slankers grass fed meat and fat), water to drink. Most travel is for 2 weeks duration or less.
No fruits, vegetables, dairy, or other foods of any kind - just grass fed meat, fat, and water. I've been following this same routine now for several years to good advantage.
