Title: lichen planus
Post by: tone on January 04, 2014, 04:30:12 pm
Hello,
I'm on predominantly (app.80%) raw diet for over 5 years now. During this time my general health and wellbeing has tremendously improved . A couple of weeks ago my skin began to itch and red bumps on my body appeared. Doctor diagnosed it as lichen planus , a kind of autoimmune disease. Any recommendation ? Thanks!

It is listed on my Rife Medic's frequency sets, however that is all I know about it.

Do you have other autoimmune problems? What does your 80% raw diet include? How old are you? What environmental toxins are you subject to?
There are protocols for healing autoimmune disorders. I've read about some on this forum.

'Autoimmune' is Doctor-speak for they don't know what the F they are talking about and have no clue (drug) about what to do about it.
I've found this out from my time with various 'alternative medical' modalities.

Try supplementing with vitamin D for about a week. Also, what's your current diet like?

God catch CK,
Also if you can (You don't show where you live) try to get as much sunshine on your skin as possible. It is a wonderful disinfectant.
