Insert Quote and Quote Reply fixed.

The index.php was hacked and an iframe was inserted to promote a news  site.

This has been removed.

The theme was updated to the latest version.

Thanks for fixing all that. How did they hack us?  Where was the link to the news site showing?

Some Iranian mass media station.
Probably an SEO thing.
Must have been through this SMF forum.
