That's so sad, in a way, but the saying still goes: "Buyer Beware!"

All the FM stalls where I shop prominently display the name and city of the farm, orchard, or ranch. Even so, I can buy locally-grown, organic produce from the same farms cheaper at Whole Foods or other markets that keep foods cooler and fresher. Maybe the higher price at a FM is justified, or maybe it just goes with the prestige of a FM.

My daughter goes to the FMs at the end of the day when the prices drop.
