Title: Egg shells dissolved in vinegar

If I dissolve egg shells in raw ACV, and then use the result as a condiment, is that a good calcium supplement?

If they dissolve.. but it's easy to get calcium, it's in most foods, and too much can cause an imbalance with the harder mineral to obtain, Magnesium.

Yeah, that sounds right. Anyway i use cronometer to guide my eating, and im often low in vitamin A and calcium since the raw milk I drink isnt fortified.

that's kind of my point,, as milk is loaded with Calcium and extremely low in Magnesium. If you're drinking milk, I doubt you need to think about egg shells for more calcium. Seaweeds and green plants have magnesium. Cows milk with it's abundant calcium is fine for cows, for the calf needs huge amounts for it's growing bones, and will soon eat the spring grasses which are loaded with magnesium. That's the balance that works for the cow. If we ingest milk from cow, the magnesium is the missing part of the equation that we need to fill in with.
