I m on a raw mostly animal based very high fat, high protein diet. This is the diet who works best for me. But even on this diet I have some issues like amenorrea, brainfog, nausea, insomnia, getting liver spots on my body, being underweight. I think a lot is related to my liver not functioning optimal, never did I think, even as a child.
So what are you people do for your liver, what would be a good liverdetox strategie and how could I help my liver on a daily basis and to get a superstrong and health liver O0

Get hold of some milk thistle herb, the herb not the processed supplement. Also, if eating raw animal food, I would recommend reducing the overall intake a bit to see what happens. My trouble has been in the past that I really enjoyed the taste of my raw animal food so would overeat more of it than necessary. Not that I believe the 100g protein-a-day-limit theory, but  one can overindulge.

Also, consider doing Intermittent Fasting, particularly ADF/Alternate Day Fasting. Also, I have been informed that a full 3-day water-fast apparently gets the body to rejuvenate its immune-system(re building more white blood-cells). It is a really bad idea to force the body to constantly digest foods all the time, giving the body a rest from it all allows it to spend its resources more on healing instead.

Last possibility:- make some "high-meat", as that really gets rid of the brain-fog.

The following works for me on an entirely animal based diet but I don't believe I have any liver issues so take it for what you will...

2 meals a day roughly 5-6 hours apart similar to the warrior diet. This provides approximately 18 hours a day for intermittent fasting. My meals are lunch and dinner.
My meals are high fat & moderate protein. 1/3 cup beef suet fat & 1/2 pound ground grassfed/finished beef.
I drink a lot of water each day. I shoot for a gallon and usually hit it. I find that the high fat & moderate protein composition of the diet dries me out some which requires additional water. If I don't get enough I have focus issues (brain fog).
Exercise is extremely important for me. If I don't get regular exercise I don't break the fat down as efficiently and have energy & focus problems as a result.
I eat the occasional organ meat but it's not as much as I should (or plan to eventually have in my diet). I am dealing with yeast/candida issues and know when I exceed my personal thresholds. If you can tolerate them well I would definitely have a regular serving of liver to help with your liver.
Lots of sleep.
Mine is a regimented plan of necessity. I encourage others to eat omnivorously if possible and get variety in their diets. I am not there yet and not sure if/when it will happen but I am content with what I have found.

Intermittent fasting is a good idea, just not right for me at the moment I think because I m very thin, would like to gain a bit of weight, I experimentet a lot with intermitted fasting, I like it a lot, being free of eating for a long time feels so liberating but I always lost weight, muscles in the process and had to stop.
The last month I eate all day long just because I was so into gaining weight and fearfull of loosing weight. I did not digest the fat very well so I spread it out through the day to give my liver a chance to produce enough bile. Also I took a lot of supplements, digestive enzymes, Hcl and ox bile. Because of my slugish liver I often crave sour foods. I drink lemon water in the morning and take loads of lemon and ACV with my meals, it feels much lighter when I eat the fat and protein with acid and I can eat more but I dont know if so much acid is really good?
With the exercises thats a great point, I dont moove enough, definetly feel better and my liver feels more happy when doing so. Going out with my roller after I finish this post >D

I drink a bit of juice with greens and veggies every day, I dont want to eat the veggies at the moment to calm down my upset belly. I will drink more, thats important as well. As I was eating all the time I could not drink a lot the last month.
Tyler, do you mean milk thistel herbs, not the seeds? How should I take it?

Tyler, do you mean milk thistel herbs, not the seeds? How should I take it?
I mean the seeds, really, just not in pill-form.

I would advise seeing how you fare for a month or two without any green-juice. Some RVAFers have complained of nutritional deficiencies after long-term consumption of green-juices every day.

I simulate intermittent fasting by eating a fat-only morning meal. I have read that this accomplishes some of the benefits of intermittent fasting. My breakfast carries one-third of my daily caloric intake as fat, without any carbs or protein. I eat the rest of my food between noon and 6 pm. If I eat too late in the evening, I have fasting-blood-sugar spikes the next morning - I think these are called Dawn Effect.

Tyler, what do you do with the seeds, tee or eat it as a powder and when, with the meals?
The green juices I also do to alkalise, if I take my urin ph with all the protein it is so very acid

Evehard, thats a good idea, just eating fat, I did it between times as well but it was harder to keep my weight like this. Also I thought it is important to eat protein in the morning for your throid and for healthy hormon produktions with woman.
Not eating to late is also a very good thing, normaly I do the opposite, eating very late and starting very early to keep the fasting window as small as possible, dont like it though because I feel heavy and dont sleep well at all. Also I feel very hot during the night, especially when I eat a lot of coconut cream I think, dreaming always about swimming in icecold water and enyojoing it so much>D

Was outside all day, exercising and enjoying myself, I feel much better already

I only tried milk thistle seeds in tea a few times. Normally, I would just eat raw grassfed/wild liver instead, to be honest.

Just had dinner, ate to much like almost always at lunch because specially in the evening I eat more than I should always with this fear in my belly that I could loose weight and really I loose weight sooo fast it is redicoulous. It is my issue for years now and it roules my life. I think I should write a journal here.
I had 150g of beeffat with 100 gram fish, 50 gr liver, some beef and onions, ginger, ACV.
No wonder my liver is in such bad condition, starting my journal tomorrow, conciousness will help me get out of this obsession

Little Elefant.... could you write a journal, and what supplements are you taking too? That would be so awesome! I am wondering if your use of supplements for years have damaged your liver somehow........ Have you yet tried to avoid them and mind fake light and nnEMF instead? And get lots of morning sun? Drinking lots of spring water?
Are you doing any B vitamin complex BTW? They are one supplement that might be useful......you could hack it.
