I have a question regarding a treatment for MS. Before posting this question I would like to say that in a matters of 3 to 4 days I've seen good improvement following the raw paleo diet. Stem cell treatment is where stem cells are extracted from your fat, then activated and then injected through IV back in you. If I keep on this diet for two weeks and see a great change in my symptoms I believe I could skip the stem cell treatment and keep on following the raw paleo diet. I have this treatment in about a week and a half. My question: What is your opinion?

Are they your own stem cells, or are they from donors?
I wouldn't recommend getting injected with other peoples cells.
Also it is the opinion of many people here that Raw paleo nutrition is superior to such invasive medical treatments.
I would recommend delaying the treatment, it may take more than two weeks to get the full benefits of this diet. Try eating copious amounts of bone marrow, while continuing the raw paleo diet, and within a month your symptoms should improve dramatically.

If I were in a desperate state, I would gladly choose any method that might work. Obviously, if the stem-cell treatment is going to put you into debt , then give it up. If it just puts a little dent in your wallet, then by all means go ahead with it.
The fat is where the toxins from cooked foods are often collected in the body, so it is perhaps not the most ideal location to get stem-cells from.
Bear in mind a few caveats:- it usually takes c.2 or 3 years to fully get rid of all the symptoms of very serious illnesses/diseases on a RVAF /raw,palaeolithic diet. I seriously doubt miracles happen overnight. Well, a very few individuals do experience such. My own experience was that c.80 % of my past illnesses/symptoms vanished over a 4 month period with the rest taking longer to disappear. Of course, if your current MS symptoms are only very minor, then that would be different...
Anyway, the main key point about such auto-immune disorders is that they are caused by inflammation. Switching to a raw diet avoids a huge amount of inflammation caused by advanced glycation end products. However one must take care even on a RVAF/raw, palaeolithic diet. After all, milk is implicated in multiple sclerosis, so raw milk consumption is a big no-no. Grainfed meat, however raw, is extremely unhealthy and contains a vast amount of heat-created toxins, such as advanced glycation end products, such as found in cooked counterparts. So go for high quality even when going raw.

I find that raw paleo reduces my inflammation but doesn't cure well-established auto-immune disease symptoms. While I haven't tried everything, I've tried a lot of approaches, most of which were useless.
With Western medicine, I was only offered treatment for symptoms without consideration of causes. My Western doctors mostly shrug and say, "We don't really know what causes auto-immune diseases."
With Eastern medicine, I get a realistic diagnosis and a subsequent cure of the disease. My doctor is a Korean DAOM with a PhD, not just some chiropractor who knows where to stick the needles. He started with a pulse-and-tongue diagnosis and administered acupuncture, herbs, dietary advice, sweating, and stay cupping. He also counsels me along the lines of Sasang Constitutional Medicine, which deals with constitution and temperament. My results have been healing of a painful auto-immune disease that plagued me for over 25 years.
If I were to suggest one thing besides raw paleo, it would be an Eastern doctor. Still, I wouldn't turn down the treatment you were thinking about because you never know what will work until you try it.
