We can't all compel other people to convert to our diet, but it is at least worth a try to point out how to avoid the worst negative effects of a cooked diet while not going the rawpalaeo path. I have gotten a few people I know to switch to only lightly steaming/boiling their foods 90% of the time, or to incorporate some sushi into their diet etc. Not exactly full solutions, but at least such minor modifications can slow physical degeneration a bit. The above is just one of many such ideas.
