Title: IQ Experiemntation
Post by: LePatron7 on June 01, 2017, 06:56:51 pm
Hello everyone. This will come off as very non RPD, however, entertain my thoughts for a moment.

I believe that it's possible to boost IQ through nutrient intake.

The supplements to take

Vitamin A (retinol supplement, from fish liver oil, like NOW Foods 10,000 IU Vitamin A)
Lugol's - 2.5-10mg (1-4 drops of 2%)
Vitamin D (sun or supplement) (ratio of retinol to D;1 - 8:1, about 30,000 IU of vitamin A max, starting from a smaller dose)
Salt (2 teaspoons per day)

Try it, see if you get smarter

I pre-rpd diet used to try the above type of supplementation along with 30+ other different supplements from genuinely raw royal jelly to Klamath lake algae to  multimineral-multivitamin supplements. None of them ever worked -all I got out of it was orange urine and strange headaches and the like. I suggest you try brainwave entrainment and magic mushrooms in microdoses, much more effective.

LOL. I'm getting some pretty orange urine from fruit pectin. I don't know why I keep trying stuff but I did. Tastes pretty good and cost me 5 bucks for a small jar. Turns out that the white stuff in orange peelings is 30% pectin so I'm probably much better off just juicing oranges with the peelings as they are not heated or processed with chemicals and don't cost anything. One step backwards and two steps forwards hopefully!

Foods like Brains, Eyes, Bone Marrow, organ meats, whole sea food...etc are better nourishing for the brain than supplements.

Combine a Nutrient Rich diet with a lifestyle full of challenging physical and mental activities, with the occasional spiritual trek, ordeal, or mushroom encounter for optimal mental maintenance and consciousnesses expansion.

I tried to buy eyes from my local butcher and he told me I'd have to buy the whole head. I worry about eating brains because of the prions that are supposedly in them.

Prion fear is totally unwarranted, as long as the animal isn't raised in a cesspool of its own waste, injected with GMO vaccines, or raised in a pen and fed rendered death. Humans and other predatory animals have the capacity to break down and mitigate naturally occurring levels of Prions.

If the so called mainstream science wasn't a total farce, I would make a perfect test case to prove this point. Ive eaten over a 100 sheep brains, along with the eyeballs and ungodly quantities of sheep guts, which contain nerve tissue and ganglia...and will also eat the spinal cord when I feel like digging it out. If it didn't involve having a biopsy of my brain, radioactive brain scans and other such invasive procedures, I would be more adamant about hunting down researches to offer my services.... though most accredited researchers would undoubtedly run away in fear of such an anathema, which their sheepish minds; indoctrinated with the worldview of medical orthodoxy, are incapable of fathoming.

Time will only tell, but so far after 8 years Im still standing strong, which if the experts were correct shouldn't be possible. There have been plenty of cases of intelligent and healthy brain eaters such as the "Bear Owsley" who was a high order and long lived genius who recommended eating the occasion brain, though he was on a more cooked diet...
