Sully, may I suggest you ask the pro vegans if they actually have tried a diet of raw meat etc.   for say, six months or longer.     If not, the discussion should be over.   Too many vegans quote or spout hearsay as if they actually know the truth.  And my bet is that most paleo's here, spouted the same rubbish when we were vegans.

I wouldn't mind speaking with the vegans, but will be somewhere in the vicinity Florida on Friday and wouldn't have access to Skype. Perhaps some other time.
