Title: Height Increase on Primal Diet
Post by: rina888 on April 17, 2021, 10:14:47 pm
I've seen a few primal dieters such as Asra Conlu and others on instagram increase their height while on a Primal Diet way after the age 18. Do you think it is because of the nutrient density in raw meat, raw liver, raw eggs, and raw dairy? I hope so because I want to grow at least 4 more inches at 20 years old.

I think it's more due to gaining perfect posture as one is nourished with raw foods. Growing a few inches would only be possible if one was fed a raw animal foods diet since young/puberty.

Okay. I guess it is unrealistic to grow 4 more inches after puberty.

If you're a white or east asian man it might be possible to grow a little by age 18-20, but 4 inches would be totally unheard of as far as I know. If you're a woman or if you're of another race it would be much harder still.

I'm a woman so I guess it's impossible. That reminds me most stories I heard from those that grew a lot after 18 were mostly men.

A yoga teacher told the class once that some exercises will make feet bigger/longer and warned the women, as some women do not like big feet lol... Yoga and stretching have an impact on bones.
Another thing I read, astronauts after months in space can loose so much bone mass that some of them were unable to walk.
Gravity and exercising is vital for your bones. If you don't use it, you'll loose it.
You should see the positive side of not being too tall: short/small people live longer, same with dogs: Big danes have very short lives, for instance.
Not sure, but something to do with gravity...
My grandfather was almost 2 meter tall, died of cancer in his mid 60's, was not a smoker, not a party guy, frugal, not overweight, working a lot...
