Title: Can I eat grocery store grainfed and ground beef?

I keep hearing food poisoning unless you get your food from a good source. If that's the case should I only use this to make high meat since the bacteria, fungii and insects tend to eat away at any kind of contaminants from the terrain whenever it breaks down and putrefies.

I would not eat raw ground beef I did not see ground up myself.

Yes you can, but no, don't let it get high. That's dangerous. Only let high quality trusted sources go high. Toxic environment makes bacteria produce toxic byproducts. Very bad idea, you could even die in some extreme cases.
