Title: power of testing
Post by: Metallica on July 27, 2008, 08:08:05 pm
In the last year i have been changing my supplement and diet based on test results.

i recently found out i have an Essential Fatty acid imbalance and am deficient in some key minerals therefore leading to a hormonal imbalance.

Does anyone use testing to reach optimal health?

Well, Craig and Lex have done some tests, and I think Jeff(Wissler) has too. I'm far too afraid of doctors , given their hopelessness as regards solving my previous health-problems, for me to try.

Bad Doctors! I know the feeling, 'tis why I order my own from lef.org. My results can be found in my Journal as well as Lex's in his. Jon has one up on the yahoo group, doesn't he?
