There are some majorly stupid things said about diet in that forum.  "Undereating sweet fruit is why you're eating meat"? That's just so stupid.

Hehehe that's my blog! :) Nice to see people have found it and discovered the truth of the crap that is spewed on that site.

And I am NOT a judgmental person. What's that say? ;)

Hi Sassy,

I came across you couple of times before when I was hopping around diets trying to find what works.

I remember someone called me a polydieter.

I've been with raw paleo diet for more than 2 years now, finally found a comfy home.

How's it been going for you?

That's awesome to hear, goodsamaritan.

I've been doing really well, too. Just uh.... had a little over-loosening of the reigns during Christmas (I'm danish, c'mon!) However I did suffer for it.... me + wheat = feeling like I've been hit by a bus and dragged for 100 miles.

Two years eh? That's so nice to hear... that someone has been so successful for so long.

What is your typical daily diet like?

I found happiness and comfort in this diet.  Love at first bite.  Really.
(Maybe I was so malnourished from 4 months vegan and fruitarian)

I live in the Philippines.

This is what I would commonly have.

Breakfast: (1 or 2 items)
fertilized raw duck eggs
young coconut juice and meat
organic guavas
organic papayas
watermelon
durian if we're feeling rich (expensive here)
or some fruit in season that's not so sweet.

mid morning refreshment, coconut juice + coconut meat (my office is beside the big wet market)

Lunch:

big animal meal usually either
grass beef sirloin with yellow fat,
raw tuna
blue marlin
oysters as appetizers sometimes

Only when I feel like it, raw beef liver (like these past days).

Dinner:
animal meal again.

before bed, coconut juice + meat or calamansi juice + raw honey if I run out of coconut juice.
