Welcome everyone to my side of the jungle

come, gather round the carcass and feast on the raw experience and give thanks to the flesh of life that has given us a better way to live.

This is the start of my open ended testimony to the world about my transformation during the past 7 months on my diet, as well as an place were I can frolic in free thought and fathom the greater depths involved in human experience

I believe there is much more to life than Mir observable factual phenomenon and that paleo mans mind must have been livid with superstitions and spiritual intuition beyond our own understanding. I would like to get into the mind set of a more primal humanity and perhaps shed this thin Vail of the civilized  and once again live and breath in the spirit of our paleo ancestors.

I am emerging from a state of prolonged sickness that I have endured for about 6 years prior, and I could write a book to describe the hell I have lived through from chronic fatigue to unexplainable immune dysfunctions, blood sugar and digestive issues; also suffered mental problems. I believe I may have been exposed to occupational poisons working as an electrician, and possibly most of my sever viral episodes(Epstein Barr) were secondary causes that only occurred after the immune system was already damaged. I really don't want to get into it to deeply right now.(bad memory's) I can say for sure that the only thing to give me improvement has been the raw paleo diet and I am grateful for the opportunity to live life with new hope and optimism.

Hey I want to hear more about the turnover period from when you began feeling good again after being severly sick and in agonizing pain.  Was there a particular part about raw eating that you found most beneficial?  Me personally, For a month now, I do veggie and fruit juices, eat all raw foods, and eat raw pork, chicken, beef, lamb, salmon.  Haven't eaten raw organ parts yet.  Oh, and I cook beef fat and eat it.  I suffer from extreme fatigue and depression.

Don't overcook your beef fat. Be very careful with that.  Meat and fat don't really need to be cooked.

I had  two pygmy goats that I was using for milk to feed my children. They dried up and ran out of hay and it was around the time I happened to be studying Paleo diets, so I slaughtered them for food.

I remember that at first I tried a diet of cooked goat with salads ,vegetables, olive oil, and yogurt. Its about all I could eat without spiking my blood sugars. It still didn't help my stomach pains and flare ups of chronic fatigue much.

Eventually I found this raw paleo forum and went totally Raw.

I cut out most vegetables and vegetable oils as well as other non paleo foods, and began eating a diet of mostly meat and animal fat. The results were immediate. My stomach pain, sugar spikes, and poor digestion went away within the first couple of weeks. I began to have more energy than I knew what to do with. The keto adaption process was fairly easy for me, and I had no issue with reducing my carb intake to about 30 a day.

My depression resolved along with the other issues. Once I was no longer in pain and my body was no longer being damaged by food intolerance the depression vanished. I often wonder how many of the millions who suffer from depression could be helped by adopting this diet.

About the second month into the diet I began to use highmeat, and I found that it boosted my moods and feeling of well being to a new level, it may be something you would like to try once you get set into a Raw Paleo Diet.

Before I found an unlimited source of free lamb fat, I was having some good results using bone marrow, along with eating fatty beef ribs

Raw fat is by far better than cooked, there should be no reason to cook it
