Well, RZCers on this forum have already been saying for years that intake of raw organs or aged, raw meats was highly desirable. Since they practise what they preach, Mark is merely stating what we already know, anyway.

As for the claim re Kanner and oxidised animal fats supposedly being negated by vegetables, that sounds like pure nonsense. The best one can state is that, since cooked animal fats produce the highest load of heat-created toxins, that adding some vegetables with a much lower amount of such toxins, will inevitably result in a diet with a lower amount of such heat-created toxins in total, thus being a bit healthier. That's all.

*This is really a cooked,zero-carb question, so moved to the hot topics forum. IMO, it is unfair to have an article in the RZC forum which damns ZC diets partly on the basis that a cooked ZC diet includes heat-created toxins - that is irrelvant to a RAW, zero-carb diet.
