Do you know about this?  I'd like to see a column in there about RPD diet.

Just saw it for the first time.

I don’t know why there are 3 different columns for “Instincto/anopsology”, “Instinctive nutrition” and “Bruno Comby’s” because it’s exactly the same thing with different names. As far as I know,  Comby ate “instincto” without any specific difference in his practice and I’m not aware that he theorized something of his own.

I also don’t know why there is the mention “mono eating only” in the “Instincto/anopsology” column since it’s very common in the instincto practice to eat different food at the same meal, even if everything is eaten sequentially, unmixed. Actually, “mono eating” has been practiced and advised by the instincto-writer Dominique Guyaux who called his own instincto way as AIR, standing for “Alimentation Instinctive Raisonnée”.

Instinctive Nutrition is simply the American branch of Instincto, nothing more.
