Title: Anyone know of any RAFers who have recovered from Multiple Sclerosis?
Post by: TylerDurden on October 17, 2008, 07:56:04 pm
Someone off-site has had problems posting on this site, so has asked me to post a query for him. He wants to know if anyone here has recovered from MS(Multiple Sclerosis) on a Raw-Animal-Food diet or knows someone who has.

He was also under the impression that Aajonus hasn't mentioned recovery from MS as one of the benefits of the Primal Diet. Does anyone know what Aajonus actually says about Multiple Sclerosis?

no I've heard nothing. But there's a guy on Mercola's website.

People on tropical countries just don't get MS as much. I would say the dirtier the better.

Yes, that makes sense. MS is an auto-immune disease, so exposure to bacteria/parasites would help reduce the body's overreactive response from the immune-system:-

Also, avoiding inflammation-inducing foods such as dairy, grains and cooked-foods would help as well.

Here's some MS/Mercola references online:-

Here's the reference to Mercola curing an MS patient on a raw-food diet(including raw animal foods):-

There's a raw foodist by the name of Matt Goodman I saw lecture who claimed to cure himself of M.S. He is mostly raw vegan but does eat raw meat. He does things like hike the Appalachian Trail to show he's completely cured.

Also Matthew Grace, but he I believe is entirely raw vegan.

I have always found MS fascinating mainly owing to the fact that it appears to affect certain populations and not others. If you live in Tasmania which is on the most southern end of Australia you have a high risk whereas in the tropics you have a low risk of developing the disease.

But if you were born and raised at the higher latitudes of Tasmania but moved to an area of low incidence of MS before 15 years old you lose your 'high risk status'.

If you live in the tropics you are low risk, it seems like exposure to sun (and it has to be all year round exposure) seems to stop the disease.

I love the sun and hate winter, I think it's great for the immune system, people just don't get sick in summer! moving to the sun Australia from the UK when I was four cured my eczema.

What kind of climate does Tasmania have then? Just temperate? Or quite cold, like Scotland, say? Up till now, I'd always been under the impression that Australia and New Zealand were tropical paradises all over.

New Zealand and Tasmania are cool, windy cold. Scotland has the highest incidence of MS in the world.

It seems with MS you need sunshine but it has to be all year round not just a two week holiday to the sun, of course there are always exceptions to the rule.

Australian aborigines have zero incidnece of MS.

Of course, there's at least one: famous French "instincto" author Dominique Guyaux! (He has nothing to do with Aajonus)

I know another person, a girl called Françoise who recovered from MS at the instincto center of Montramé around  1988 - 1990 but relapsed, it seems after some errors in practicing.

I presently live near a rail yard and the diesel exhaust pollution during the very cold days just lingers in the air and enters my house in lethal doses instead of going up to the atmosphere on warm days. I've ran out of my house many times. I either had a brain tumor or MS due to the symptoms of blindness in the morning while in keto. I reversed whatever it was by drinking 1L+ of carrot juice made from organic carrots that were left on the counter for like 10 hours right before bed. I will never forget the feeling. It was like apoptosis of non functioning neurons was occurring all at once throughout my brain. Painful but not like a headache.

The thing is that MS is simply degeneration. People eat garbage and expect to be in perfect health.
