Buy OraMD and use it every single day as your tooth paste.  It worked for me.

I used to have the same problem. It's ended now that I get enough vitamin C, A and D from fresh berries, liver and sunlight, respectively. I also take Green Pasture's high vitamin butter oil/fermented cod liver oil blend, although I won't buy another bottle once this one's done as I have ready access to grass-fed liver and get plenty of sun.

I have had bleeding gums in the past. The cause was built-up plaque along and under the gum line. I got a good cleaning by a dentist and then got super fastidious about eating right and dental hygiene. I use a lot of information from mizar5.com. I still go to a dentist for cleanings because my insurance pays for it, but the whole time the dentist works on the cleaning, he mutters, "Excellent dental hygiene!"

rawpaleodiet, or just cooked-palaeodiet? My gums were constantly bleeding pre-RPD diet, with my dentist telling me that bleeding gums were supposedly a sign of good dental health. They stopped bleeding soon after  I went rawpalaeo.
