Title: How do you react to peanut butter?
Post by: Michelle on January 12, 2013, 02:06:30 pm
I think peanut butter may make my lymph nodes swell... I'm not sure if this is an allergic reaction or a natural reaction to something that may not be healthy. I've heard there's toxic mold that grows on the peanuts before theyre processed.

How do you react to peanut butter? Is there any truth to the mold rumor?

I don't react to it because I never eat such a crap. I like plain raw peanuts though, something difficult to find.

I avoid legumes, plus yes! they are prone to mold as they get dug up and dried with their shells on.

Peanuts suck - like all un-sprouted seeds they are hard to digest for the digestively challenged among us, plus they are too high in carbs (~21% by weight including fibre).
