The civil trial of Otting, Vonderplanitz v. Palmer, Stewart is set to begin May 14th. This trial involves food-fraud claims against Sharon Palmer of Healthy Family Farms and James Stewart for supplying inorganic food as organic to Right To Choose Healthy Food's Rawesome club members. Witnesses/members, media and court observers should be ready to attend and support Right To Choose Healthy Food members and Aajonus Vonderplanitz who has been fighting to protect people's rights to truly organic raw food for 42 years. We mean organic by our standards not FDA's and other pseudo "health" agencies who allow at least 15% industrial chemicals into organic food.

The criminal trial of the State of Wisconsin v. Vernon Hershberger, our farmer in Sauk County Wisconsin begins May 20th. This trial involves health departments' campaign to deprive the people of their natural rights to contract with farmer Vernon Hershberger and family to grow and supply us with the healthy quality of food that is unattainable otherwise. Witnesses/members, media and court observers should be ready to attend and support Vernon and Right To Choose Healthy Food club members who contracted with Vernon and family to grow and supply us with health-giving food.
