I don't think the article is hideous, but the process by which hotdogs are made certainly is.

I'm not so adverse to the idea of using scraps from the butchery process to make something, as I'm a big fan of nose to tail eating so would probably have eaten most of those scraps anyway, but the processing involved, the mixing of different animals and the chemical additives are what turn me off.
