It figures school and prison is run by the same people.  I like school, don't get me wrong, just like truly harmonious things rather than the idea of these institutions. Not sure if I like prisons either, don't sound like the best places for corrections. What would the paleo solution be to prisons?  I read one of them stopped serving soy and is only using grassfed meats.

General Discussion / Re: cream as fat
« on: December 17, 2011, 12:46:44 am »
What will remain is the whey in the cream.

That whey is buttermilk.  If you let the cream culture before making the butter, that is nice.  Also, after making the butter, squeeze the remaining liquid drips out.  Rinse the butter with clean water. Store the butter at the hours you're not actually using it in water in glass, or in something that stores it off from smells.  The buttermilk is supposed to be good for certain things too.  I just drink it.

Liver has fat in it too, that's why it's so smooth and doesn't freeze hard I'm told, as I have not tried freezing it.  Blend it with cream and drink or serve to pets, or blend less cream in and some mince and herbs for a pate.

I didn't complain, or go to doctors or even have any idea recreational or street drugs might alleviate some pain, but I was in terrible pain for a long time.  I took larger than recommended doses of paracetamol every day around the clock for months.  It didn't even help the pain.  Later I got liver symptoms, and I think it was due to this.

I met Tylenol representatives later on.  They couldn't stop bragging how safe it is.

Also, I have read since then and looked into, and it seems the reason opiate prescriptions are mostly dangerous is all the paracetamol added to a great deal of them, as the ones without don't put the same strain on the liver.

General Discussion / Re: washing of the hands
« on: December 15, 2011, 11:47:41 pm »
I wash my hands too much, even if it's just with water.  They get drier than I like.  It was great when my work was with food.  People observing me let me know they appreciated how clean I kept my hand between touching one thing and the next.

I think it's a neurosis, and I think I got it when I became a mother.  The staff told me wash my hand every time before I touch my baby.  I was the sole caretaker, so I washed frequently.  I maybe should not have listened to them.  It's not like I was getting my hands full of anything bad ever at that time.  Also, as relatives visited they certainly did not abide anyway.

Anyone have ideas how to not dry out ones hands?  Maybe just my replying here will get me to stop washing.  I did wash my hands before eating as a child.  I know people who don't, and I don't think it adversely affects their healths.

Haha I used to take a complete shower in cold water every time I used the toilet, and it's not like I was dirty, just a practice I was told of foreign culture.

I think washing too much may make your skin burn if using harsh soap, and may cause acne.

Doctors and pharmaceutical companies have to stop marketing this pill as safe.  It hits too close to home.

Raw Weston Price / Re: Make Your Own Liver Oil?
« on: December 15, 2011, 11:31:53 pm »
I'm sure you could make fermented liver from a hoofed animal but it would not be near the same as FCLO. This is due to the different makeups of the respective tissues. Cod livers are like big sacks of oil because unlike salmon and other oily fish, cod store their oils in the liver.

I think cod are not the only ones.  I think any cold deep water fish that has non-oily meat also has oily liver.

I think land animals also have varying amounts of vitamins in their livers.

Whether it is one percent or ninety-nine percent who get raped while young, old, middle age female or other, you are responsible for you in all ways.  And yes, there are organizations who can give you good support, if you don't have a support system of your own (thats another deal).

Rape may happen and does to many reproductive age women. It also happens to men, to toddlers and to old women. I spoke with sixty year old SaD dieter woman who hadn't mentruated in over a decade. Her husband had just gotten a heart attack and died because she was brutally raped the year before and he couldn't get over the helpless emotion he felt to what happened to her.

I dont know what happened in Saudi Arabia, but many rapists are so afraid of venereal disease that they only rape virginal looking people or only rape heavily clothed women who look too religious to be having risky sex.

I find flashing disturbing, but being raped would be much worse.

I met a raw vegan guy while I was still vegan. He was an older man and frequented Costa Rica a lot. He was extremely annoying and following me [even to my hotel etc) and talking about a number of things including some guru friend of his in CR. So as he was trying to physically push his way into my room, I called his guru a child rapist (just something I channeled). He verbally agreed with me and quickly continued with his spiel. I slammed the door hard, bolted it and called the front desk and kept him away.

General Discussion / Re: The coconut
« on: December 10, 2011, 04:54:45 pm »
And more questions for anyone... what's the total idiot-proof way of opening coconuts? Cause I had the hardest time with it last time I had them, and online videos are confusing me. Bang it with a hammer? I basically have no tools and grew up clueless in the suburbs....I'm just looking for a simple way to use coconut as a salad dressing.

You might try these three ingredients raw: tomatoes, cilantro and coconut. Don't add water. Leave this paste a thick consistency. Eat it on salad. I'm not sure how healthy it is, but some find it tasty.

An av primal dieter told me av says to exhale breath into the jar of high meat  to start its fermentation. Also av told me to spit in milk to start it fermenting into kefir for myself, he told the whole group same in front of me. He said not to share our spit kefir, that every person should only drink their own, that it uses their microorganisms, so it will help that person.

I have made my kefir that way, and it was good. It was different from other kefirs though.

I do believe that eating raw grassfed, raw wildhunted, and raw brushforaged meat can help mitigate the need or compulsion for improper sex.

Maybe it is the lack of getting real skin to skin heterosexual reproductive sex that makes perverts?  I'm just guessing here.  I wonder how long ago was he deprived of the real thing.

I'm not a man, but I don't think lack of skin to skin hetero contact makes one into a perv. I love sex but I can go without it. If I feel I have to have it I can find a man. Non consenting and other BS is garbage. If I'm too weird to find sex I'll improve myself then find an appropriate match.

I do feel compassion even for pedophiles, but yuck!!!!! As long as they stop themselves from turning child molester from there, not too different problem than being a non sexual nun or a non sexual priest etc.

Maybe it was the salmon? I vomited one time after raw clams. It was painless and didnt smell.

I came from vegan and didn't try beef until two months in, and then got a reaction more in thought than physical. I didn't try beef again till a couple years later. I did try bison though and it's meat is fine for me raw. Its glands have precipitated vomiting.

Bananas always made me nauseous unless I was raw vegan. Oranges have always been too acidic for my stomach unless mixed with raw cream, egg unheated honey.

Omnivorous Raw Paleo Diet / Re: Vegetable Juice Fermentation
« on: December 09, 2011, 11:09:21 pm »
I always made sour cabbage without adding anything, no salt, no water. Grate it well and pummel it to become juicy, then allow it time to ferment. I called that allowing it to bacterially culture (hopefully), as if mold grew instead I called it ferment. That's how I was taught to make it by someone who made things the old way the early part of last century in eastern Europe.  You dont have to grate it by hand like I did. You Feb run it through a juicer, one that keeps the juice and pulp together hopefully, or maybe remix them after juicing?

I think the cellulose has the right kind of carbohydrate to become sour flavored. Also cellulose absorbs water and fat, so in those last two ways it takes away hydration. I think starchy and sugary vegetables may take your hydration too.

General Discussion / Re: Raw ground beef recipes.

Most cheeses can be made raw but aren't even if they are labeled raw. ... You can't trust the labels at all.

Most gruyere cheeses that are labeled made with raw milk were heated to 129 degrees for hours as part of the process to make them, not to mention all the salt they add.  I think the reason they get away with almost everyone thinking it to be raw is because it's not pasteurized, steamed nor boiled.  I believe there is one gruyere which has never been heated, or at least a lot less so.

That being said, too bad, as grated it could have made raw ground beef and suet palatable.

Your goal is healing your son, rather than experimenting for experimentation's sake, right?

Vatta constitution the mind is all over the place.

My friend when I was a child, their mom made all kinds of natural food for the family and shopped at only the most macrobiotic places. She made my friend all kinds of concoctions of the worst tasting healthiest nutritional supplements. She talked of solving world food problems etc. My friend resolved all health issues, but to this day makes fun of the mom's food extremisms and lives as far away as earthly possible.

« on: November 29, 2011, 09:59:55 am »
Correlations aren't always so apparent with other foods, but I have gotten a sinus cold from gluten and stuffy ears from heated cheese.

I was lactovegetarian for a couple months and got lots of oti during that time, had to do lots of raw garlic, ginger, peppers cloves etc to combat that grainy diet.

I don't need any spices for my health if  I atvoid pasteurized dairy.

How would they get your phone number? Do you have an account of some kind with them or..?

I don't now nor ever had any kind of account with them. Perhaps my kid ordered something and gave my number for them to alert when products are ready. That's not the mine of messages they left, and they even left an option to opt out, but ... I thought it was funny that Walmart was mentioned first thing in this thread and they had just started sending me messages, and didn't stop at one.

General Discussion / Re: Are Herbal Teas Paleo?
« on: November 27, 2011, 08:15:10 pm »
I don't think they're paleo at all. I know herbs gave me some help previously, but they're not worth it for me anymore. I've been through all kinds of high quality herbal systems. At least fresh pressing or extracting vegetable juices are raw. You can also blend fresh wild-cultivated forest herbs with water and strain to make green water.  I'd say until you learn to use organs, glands, various types of animals, fats, highmeats etc as healing material, use herbs which are not as good.

The clear stuff is coco water.  The juice of just mature meat alone ran through a juice extractor is cream.  The fiber that comes out of the other side of the extractor is called pulp. The meat blended with the water and strained is milk. What is strained out is pulp or fiber too.  The immature meat is jelly. Then there is the coconut sprout, have you eaten that?
