It depends on what you teach your body a regime that consists of your habits..

If you always skip break fast and eat huge meal at the end of the day overtime your body will adapt and the more you practice it the more your body will become better on 1meal a day your appetite will change so you eat more at dinner.

If you teach your body eat little meals throughout the day it will adapt to that plan..

Its all depends on what you teach your body this is why I always recommend my friends to get their body in certain regime it will make your life a little bit easier for you its like programing your body on what to do on certain times.

but thats just what I believe in you don't have to do it.

Of course you can freestyle your life like  paleo man did you can sleep till you want eat just when hungry but how efficient this will be in the modern world?

I once ate 8eggs yolks and 2 raw steaks before an athletic workout where I was forced to sprint and jump I ate and went to workout after 30mins and felt this side pain in my stomach very sharpp shit

This thread makes me want to keep my diet simple just eat cooked paleo 2 meals a day and some fruits carbs after a workout with cold water... and once a week raw paleo meal.

How many weeks do i have to eat desert for breakfast before i start to notice my althaleticism gaining in leaps and bounds?!

We are talking about natural carbs like REAL soaked oats..
The only problem with oats is the phytic acid, soaking in mild acid enviorement will deal with the phytic acid....

Real oats dont contain gluten its only the ones that come from factories because of contamination ...

High meat has been working well for me.
I also make a ginger lemon honey ferment, it bubbles like a soda and helps a lot with digestion.

Man real soaked oats are good... raw honey is not sugar it improves digestion and raw milk is a miracle for some..

if you are an athlete eat your carbs along with proteins and fats you need it.
However if you have health problems then its a problem because you cant go that dip into athletics to a level where you need some carbs.

soaked oatmeal is good choice with raw honey if you can mix it with raw milk its even better!!

Imagine soaked oats with honey blueberies raw milk and raw cheese for breakfast

for launch you can eat avocados and eggs maybe some cooked chiken

for dinner meattt and fat

this is a diet that will work great for professional athlets who need carbs and maintain good health that I promise!!

KD how low carb increased your endurance?

For me this kind of diet didn't really work I almost collapse on a basketball court after few sprints.
When I add 200 grams of healthy carbs fruits soaked oats sweet potatoes my performance increase.

Carbs improve explosiveness and endurance when consumed in normal ammounts because of glycogen stores in muscle its already proven..

Very very very good question !!!!

Before my workouts 1hour before I drink a shake with raw eggs and fruits, sometimes after my workout I feel like my stomach is empty when sometimes its not so if I'm going to eat a cooked paleo meal when the shake is still in the stomach I can get diarrhea the other day easily...

I consume alot of eggs and I recently have a lot of loosen stools I suspect that salmonella bacteria is overgrowing the good bacteria in my guts because of huge eggs consumption !!

Anybody can help me out here my bowel movements are really fucked up now because raw and cooked paleo mixes in my diet..

Stretch only some tight areas like hamstring calves and lower back before some exercises.
Some flexibility is good too but constantly stretching is unfortunately not paleo nor healthy either.
