I'm not eating raw meat yet, but it's an interesting concept.

Right now I eat tons of meat, but it's all cooked to some extent even if it's just a browning on the outside of my steak and very rare otherwise lol

Personally my goal is simply to have a great physique that I can realistically sustain for a long long time and maintain the best general health possible.  Bigger isn't *better* imho, I've been on health and fitness forums with guys that think weighing anything below 200lbs and squatting less than 600lbs qualifies you as a "pinner".

I'd want to be 180-190 max at 5'8, that sounds sustainable for the next 40ish+ years

Doing some upper body (shoulder, bicep, abs and back, not chest) work today, every muscle in my legs is still sore to the touch from biking like crazy the past few days.

My name is Andrew, I'm 25 years old, currently living in Canada.

I've been eating paleo (+ dairy) for the past 3 months or so and am a strong advocate of the caveman/paleo lifestyle, eating and exercising, and am looking for other people that share the same perspective.  My girlfriend has also been eating this way for the past month or so, we've both seen great results.

I was eating extremely high carb for a long time in an attempt to put on weight (started out at 115lbs at my worst, up to a lean 145-150 now) and it worked, but I never felt as good or as strong as I do now!

I said 2-4 hours as an average.  I make a point of spending as much time in the sun as possible without burning, and with as little clothes as possible, I usually lay in the back yard in my speedo lol

Summer has barely even begun here (in Canada) and I'm already noticeably dark.

Omnivorous Raw Paleo Diet / Re: Veggies over fruits?

Maybe one or the other was more common in the wild, but really I doubt there's any rhyme or reason to which was consumed more often.

We probably ate them opportunistically, when we came across edible varieties on our travels.  What that means to me is that ideally you would want both sporadically, and in as wide of a variety as possible.

I make sure to eat several servings a day, my favs are various berries (blue, black, rasp, straw) and apples, I can eat up to 3 granny smith apples on a good day.
