I think the best person to learn cold training would be Wim Hof:

I believe the interesting idea in the video is the relation between appendix  and bacteria. This is the same thing Aajonus was saying in an interview as well as in his dvd. B12 optimal values may differ from person to person, but I would still be curious if some people on RAF posted test results.

PS: to a libertarian thinker, the terms terrorist and government(as it is now) are not too far apart

Looks like more people are discovering the fact that the appendix is actually useful. In this video there is also an explanation why people eating cooked meat may get B12 deficient:

The initial link is about high intensity training (HIT). I posted a similar idea a while ago here:

I think this topic should probably be in the exercise bodybuilding section.

Was there a time when there was not madness at large?
There was, just as there was a time with even more madness at large.

If you search for hidden human history (youtube, google etc) you will eventually find sources that tell a different story than what is called common knowledge. For example Nassim Haramein blends his scientific discoveries with some interesting theories on the ancient times.  Search "Nassim Haramein. Rogue Valley" on youtube.

Yes, too bad Bonnie is buying into the idea of fighting them off to "cure" disease.

I was fascinated by the survival story of these people in the wilds of Siberia.

Especially this: "Dmitry built up astonishing endurance, and could hunt barefoot in winter, sometimes returning to the hut after several days, having slept in the open in 40 degrees of frost, a young elk across his shoulders."

Imagine what is possible on a raw diet.

There is an aspect of compromise (regarding diet as well), but I'll let you read about it.

Majormark, I listened a bit to this “Bashar” I had never heard of before. He’s funny but does he really bring something new and practically valuable? How to better practice raw paleo nutrition, for example? There have been plenty of such people pretending to have been somehow in contact with ET’s, but up to now the only result has been to discredit the UFO’s extraterrestrial origin hypothesis.

The value of those concepts is that it allows for a better understanding, a new perspective, of the "physics" of vibrations related to psychology and this gives us the opportunity to evolve, to get over some problems more easily.

Some of the Core Concepts of Bashar are explained here:

The basic principles are listed on Darryl's site:

I found another video where the issue of "open contact" is better explained (how, why and when):
Bashar - První kontakt aneb pro? jsme ješt? nep?istáli?

has anybody used vertical Tanning Beds? what was your experience?

I'm thinking it may be a good idea to get one but I would like to know if they are worth it in terms of reliability and effects. The alternative is to eat more fish (which I've been doing already).

Also, are there any sites from Europe that sell similar beds to the ones from Mercola (I mean in terms of UVA/UVB spectrum).

What are, in your opinion, the top 5 raw food sites in the world and why?

By top sites, I mean the best balance between traffic and content quality on raw food.

I think some crop circles are man made and some are not, due to the precision and timing.

Regarding "official" alien contact, according to theories - including Bashar, this will only happen if human consciousness evolves to a point where such a thing would not be detrimental to ourselves. It's more like when we discover an uncontacted tribe in the jungle. We normally don't go straight to them and show them some iPads to freak them out. In the same way, other evolved civilizations do not interfere directly on a large scale and wait for us to ease into this idea first and be somehow ready.
More on this idea:

It’s certainly impossible to travel faster than light, but this doesn’t preclude other ways of interstellar travel than going straight through the space-time as we think we know it. Our knowledge is extremely poor, limited, fragmentary and in constant evolution.

We can always guess things according to such current theoretical knowledge, but then the odds to be wrong are immense. It’s just the same in dietary science.

Interestingly, Bashar also explains the idea of teleportation and how it's done:

Bashar: Teleportation

I think the scientists also managed to teleport some photons a while ago.

Primal Diet / Re: absurd milk levels

There are some people who go for a gallon a day and gain a lot of weight (not all of it pure muscle, of course). I also had some periods when I consumed more than that in one day, but did not eat much else.

What's your understanding/ idea of the subject of extraterrestrial life?

I used to think that, while extraterrestrial life can exist and some ufo's seen may have been real, they were probably
just passing by earth and were more like "look at those primitives, let's go to a planet that is more cool".

After I checked out some of Bashar's videos, it seems to be an ongoing communication between us and them through
certain individuals with the scope of helping us evolve.
Bashar seems to be standing out because his message is right up with the most inspirational thinkers of our time.
A guy named Darryl Anka says he is channeling this being through telepathy since 25 years or so.

Well, regardless of the accuracy of his description, the messages are really empowering.

I used to have more bleeding, plaque and a worsening cavity in the past before I added certain pro-dental foods to my diet, including some recommended by Ramiel Nagel, author of Cure Tooth Decay I also found an excellent holistic/biological dentist via his site. I'm very pleased. My dentist is so good that one couple sold their house and moved so they could be closer to him.

Can you tell me what Ramiel Nagel recommends against bleeding and plaque ?

Exercise / Bodybuilding / Re: Body by Science - 12 min workout a week
« on: November 06, 2012, 11:45:26 pm »
you dont need to go to complete muscle failure to get results. I rarely do that and still have results, with the little amount of time I spent.
It does seem to work well even with free weights or body-weight exercises.  The thing with body-weight exercises is that you may notice the time under tension stays constant sometimes, but the in reality you may be moving more weight than last time so it's still a progress.

It seems to me that the instincto practice focuses mostly on fulfilling the needs of the physical body and not too much on the needs of the spirit. I think those needs can differ at times, if say the spirit may need to experience some form of physical lack/discomfort etc, but I'm not an expert on the matter so I'll leave it as an idea for now.

I think the lesson here would be that performing extreme cleansing continuously (as it seems to be the effect of most vegan diets) without giving the body the proper elements to rebuild may  not be a good idea. But, who knows.. maybe his detox protocols are valuable, although I never tried them.

Well, I feel sleeping without a pillow would be more natural.

Health / Re: I keep losing weight!
« on: October 28, 2012, 02:16:36 am »
One thing that helped me gain some weight lately is the free software called cron-o-meter (also available as an online service). I made sure to go over 2000 calories a day and some days I would even go over 3000.

Now, I know counting calories does not seem natural, but when I ate as much as I felt I needed it was usually under 2000 and my weight was dropping.

Another thing that contributed was consuming unfermented milk, miked with honey and closer to body temperature.
