Carnivorous / Zero Carb Approach / Parasites and raw meat ? And meat in general?

Are you truly safe guys and gals? this guy was eating raw meat for 6 years and had parasites when he got his stool tested. He had no signs or  indications he had parasites but he tested positive. Do you guys think you have parasites and not even know it ?
