Good point MrBBQ, but if I was to do it that way I would have to stick around and answer each request myself. Now the moderators can choose what to do, perhaps delete the links but keep them for those who wants them via private messages.

I do have a lot more diet-books, including Loren Cordains book The Paleo Diet and Bunn's and Stanford's Meat-Eating and Human Evolution, but I guess from the moralists in here that, OMG; it's criminal!

Information should be free, and even though I own the paper version of all the books I share, I would never consider paying for a book that I cannot use in real life. That is, a book that has to stay digital, on my computer.

Call me a thief, criminal and whatever suits you, I don't care a bit. What I do care about is that people who needs the kind of info I share gets it and go on to make practical use of it in their lives.

Having said this I leave the forum as the only reason I joined it was to share the books. I really was just passing by and found the forum while searching for a lost raw paleo food site.

So moralfags and all others, have fun, really :-)

Ps - MrBBQ, these books are really cheap, at least in Norway, so funny you say they are expensive.

Barry groves publishes a rubbish cooked neolithic diet. This topics should have been put in the hot topics forum. I'll do that now.

What you say is bullshit. His dietary advice is about high-fat and cholesterol, high-protein and low or no-carb, and the science references are very valuable to those wanting to f.ex go all-meat or fish, raw or not. He advices lots of raw food, in particular animal food

You, being the admin in here should let the people in here benefit from your broad-mindedness, not narrow-mindedness.

I guess even you have something to learn from the science presented in his books or web sites -

And to the moral moron; I always suggest people buy the books if they enjoy them. I have the paper version myself of every book I upload. And the links are NOT illegal, simply download links to the books in my account. It is not illegal to download these books, only to read them without having paid for them.

But, this is useful and for many people also life-saving info that should be spread around for everybody to read if they like. Most people, brainwashed as they are by the food and pharma ("health"-) industry, would never consider buying such a book as this because the info in it goes against everything they believe to be right.

But, when having the option to read the electronic version without first having to pay for it, many more get the info. And most people I have given this and other books, including each and every patient (I'm a nutritionist and a Heilpraktiker) of mine did buy the paper version after reading the E-book.

Have fun :-)
