General Discussion / Liquidising question
« on: March 25, 2010, 06:19:23 pm »I want to liquidise my meat and fat, but don't think the result will be liquid enough to drink through a straw. I'm not keen on diluting it with tap/distilled/mineral water. What about cucumbers? Someone told me they are 98% water - high quality water indeed, with lots of plant based nutrients.
Is it bad (for digestion) to mix raw meat and plant matter? (I've been eating my meat totally mono so far.)
