You mean they taste 'fowl'! I eat whole raw eggs with no issues. I agree with Tyler on this, it is rare to find a chicken farmer that doesn't use soy and other unnatural products in the feed.

Primal Diet / Re: Unsalted Raw Cheese in Uk

Thanks for the info. I wouldn't succeed on this diet without raw dairy. I've tried a few raw cheese producers but none are willing to make it just for me. I live in Somerset and have been to a few local farmers markets but none of the raw cheese producers are willing to make it. One even went so far as to say it's impossible to make a hard tasty raw cheese without salt. I was hoping someone had a source, I'm happy to order from Europe too. More research required.

Primal Diet / Unsalted Raw Cheese in Uk

I cannot find unsalted raw cheese anywhere in the Uk. Neal's yard no longer produces unsalted raw cheese. Does anyone have any intel regarding sourcing raw unsalted cheese?

Primal Diet / Lymphatic Baths
« on: September 14, 2018, 04:49:28 am »
Hello,

I've been reading Aajonus book on 'Home baths' to clean the lymphatic system and having trawled through this excellent forum I cannot find much personal experience on the topic. In the book he makes a point saying that everyone's lymphatics are congested with hardened vegetable oils to some degree and although the diet will help prevent any further damage and reverse it somewhat the baths are needed to increase the body temperature to a point (102-105) that will soften this crystalized oil. So I tried one of these baths last month keeping the temp around 103-104 and I managed to stay in for 1 hour-I was completely shattered afterwards!!

Has anyone here started a campaign of 2 or 3 baths every week for several months?
