Your son needs exercise.  He needs to climb up, climb down, bend, twist and needs to massage his belly.

I don't have the feeling anymore that I'm going to dislocate the joint. With that same arm I can now lift heavy things and not feel the joint slide around, ready to give out.
Also, my feet, ankles and hands are tough as heck.

I had that too.  As a vegan and before my knees used to go out etc, but with raw animal foods that does not happen.

inject someone else's (#2) in the bowels of the diseased and they get well from the strangest of diseases.

It's basically a way to repopulate the colon with the bacteria that was killed off by antibiotics and drugs and or diet.

It's more effective and faster than probiotics or various milk

I read about that in a Shivambu book in a raw vegan restaurant that had that book and others for their guests.

I've gotten spiritual experiences almost immediately following  ingestion of raw butter warmed to body temperature.

The first is to be borne with these attributes, having done the spiritual work in a previous lifetime,

The second is to have done the spiritual work in this lifetime,

The third is to have temporary glimpses through drugs.

Have you heard Ray Peat talk about pro thyroid diets?

Is that the guy that drinks pasteurized milk?

I had an accidental sliver of goat meat in a Filippino dish years ago, I think maybe the meat tasted like turkey.  I got raw small goat chops a few years ago, ate most and then made highmeat.  I don't remember the flavors.  I fed some goats a while back.  They smelled like food (lamb).

Was the jackfruit sweet? Tangy? Starchy? soft?  What color?

Milking Horses In Mongolia

This looks good for YOU!  Isn't mare milk low in fat?  Are you going to try to get mare milk?  In one video they say its milking season is May to October.  I was looking online for horses for sale this morning.  I would like to have a couple.  It looks like they can give very little milk.

    You're welcome. :)

That's good.  Gabriel knows sugar and starch and cooked are all unhealthy, and at least a drop or two of Ayurvedic principles.  Why is it called X-Syndrome?  My sugar has gotten as high as 110 some days, but normally is back to between 90 and 100.  So, you felt better to have a little cooked every day rather than once in a while?  Have you experimented with other grains, like millet, to see if you feel healthier with it than rice?  Which vegetables? Ever ferment them?

Some people start feeling sick after drinking kefir for a while, and have to return to un-fermented raw milk.  Was it cow milk? Goat? I have found I can trust nature more than other things/people.  Remember how one gets a milk diet in nature.  Little milk comes out at a time, it washes all over the mouth before absorbing and it enters the mouth body temperature.  Human milk has more fat than cow milk, so if you drink milk again, you might try siphoning off a little of the non-fat part.

Some people make kefir from organic fresh cracked "agua de coco".  I don't know if it works as well as raw milk, and the youtube.com recipe I watched they heated it over the flame, so I don't like that.

Nuts can be hard on the pancreas.  Why not try seed milks?  It may work a little better for you.

Like works on like.  Raw free range grass finished pancreas, raw grass-pastured kidney, raw grass-fed eye, raw grass raised liver, raw shank, raw organic milk, raw pasture raised egg, I think these work particularly well for sugar diabetes.  Aajonus vonderplanitz was diagnosed with T1 insulin dependent around fifty years ago.  As long as he drinks raw (bovine) milk slowly, he's fine, as long as nothing fantastical happens!

The sun is at too low of an angle outside of those parameters to generate vitamin d. It is actually destroying vitamin D the rest of the day, UVA destroys vitD UVB generates it.

Interesting.  How does it destroy it?  I know through glass the best rays don't get in, and the other rays can trigger health problems.

I think you mean AV's kefir, when recommended.  I don't think it was for yogurt too.  Some say he says honey.  I know he says honey is part of a recipe that preserves milk to last longer.

Welcome Rawlatina!  They told me I was prediabetic thirty some odd years ago.  My pancreas had been terrible, and my kidneys used to be somewhat shot too, and missing some stuff in liver.  Raw meat has helped me immensely! Where did you read that about meat?  Insulin resistance will make a lot of cellulite.  I had a bunch for a few years, and a month or so of most of my diet raw grassfed cultured butter, and it disappeared.  Also the kidneys felt better and the ugly yellow in my skin went away.  I'm sure there are people here in this forum that cured their T2 with a RAFD.  Happy healing to you!

I have bronners castille hemp unscented baby liquid here, and baking soda.  I will try it.  I want to wash out the smell of the other shampoo.  I can't stand it.   My Mom told me baking soda gets rid of smells to, in addition to dealing with grease.

Most stores carry 'wild caught' fish. (which mostly means it's farmed raised and released to be caught 'wild'.

Really?  Do you know somewhere I can read more about it, or how to ask to get the truth?  I never asked, but I did wonder a little.  What about when it's not only labeled wild caught but in addition labeled sustainably harvested or something like that?

Great video Zeno!  I first saw it a few years ago.  I've re-watched it and shown it to people.

David, Inger or anyone, ever hear of dark retreats?  You go somewhere for a couple of weeks that no light touches anywhere on your body the whole time.  It's supposed to activate your pineal I think, and you get hallucinations?

Sometimes I feel like "splurging" I guess, by using a commercial shampoo.  I bought an SLS-free one, and I can't stand its smell.  Anyone here know of a good natural commercial shampoo that doesn't smell bad?

At one point I got a gallon honey that was labeled unheated, but it looked heated to me.  I didn't want to bother returning it, especially because I would be calling them liars.  Eating that honey over other honeys caused what I experienced as a strange smell from me and excess mucus.  From them on for a while honey or not, milk made me very mucusy for a while, and that honey smell.  I think it was for detox, so it was alright, but bothersome if you have to work with people with all that mucus.

I'm wondering which animals make the lowest fat milk.  I know womens and cows' milk varies in fat by season and what they eat.  I know humans have higher fat than cows to develop our brains, and cows have more calcium for their bones.  I am seeing goat milk has higher fat than cow and human here.  I know various women say their milk is very fatty or creamy certain times depending on diet changes or just thicker than other womens.  I guess I'm really lucky I'm getting jersey milk, cause I make butter, and it looks like it's higher fat than many of the other cow milks.  Maybe that's why some people who have problems with milk can deal with jersey, with a varied diet higher milk fat helps.  With my son who is using milk to heal, the fat is so helpful to him that he puts half the skimmed outside for animals and drinks his milk with double cream.

pheromones: ever since I began this diet I have attracted the most curious reaction from all sorts of animals! Dogs come up to me and can't help but smell me, they just want to sniff, lick and interact with me. Just last week, I was sitting on some grass near the sidewalk and a couple walking their dog were forced to stop and watch their dog interact with me because they couldn't control him--their attraction is that

Lol this guy yesterday, one of my cats always has avoided human strangers, but she was very friendly to the delivery guy.  I'm pretty sure it's the first human male she ever met that ate raw meat.

Anything like this I ever mentioned on a forum that was mostly raw vegan, I'd get a reaction like, "that just proves animals are stupid and need our protection".

scents more than ever--including my scent. I'm not sure if my scent is all that pleasant yet. Once several months ago my father confronted me about the way I smelled. I'm not sure if it was my hair, clothing, or skin. Hopefully that has passed. I'll have to ask around.

I don't wash my hair or body, only rinse once every few days. The chlorine in the water is damaging enough. When I use soap my skin becomes so dry

A handsome young clean looking (no smell that I detected either) delivery man was at my house yesterday talking with my son when I got home from Whole Foods yesterday.  The three of us wound up talking for about six hours.  I gave him raw meat while we were talking, then later raw milk and unheated honey and fresh made butter.  Somehow we struck it lucky and he is a primal dieter, six months now.  Primal dieters are supposed to eat every four hours.  He's not a boyfriend, no intimacy, but I have a very strong sense of smell whether I like it or not.  Myself, I haven't washed my hair in weeks, and haven't washed any of my body in days, save my hands.  I have a lot of high meats in my fridge too, and showed him all over the kitchen.  My cats had their food out (raw meat) and I had food for the feral cats outside where he entered (old butter and old meat).  Maybe he has no sense of smell, I didn't ask him.  Anyway, I doubt my place would smell all that good at the moment to a normal, and I don't use fragrances or heavy solvents in the house.  He never flinched a bit, and really enjoyed talking with us.  Strange though, as I was talking on the phone with a couple of primal friends earlier in the day, and they were practically kicked out by their families for having raw meat (unfermented) in their refrigerators, I'm talking SAD dieters!   SADies seem to be revolted at the direct smell of raw meat.  Luckily they seem to be mesmerized by the smell of raw meat eaters!

However, during these six hours the new neighbor came to the door and talked a bit (young handsome man also very clean cut).  The delivery man's vehicle was blocking our driveway.  I wonder what the neighbor eats.  We opened the front door wide, none of the smells bothered him, he was very congenial etc :) I think he lives in the back house with his wife, I don't know, this is the first time I met one of them.

Thanks to you guys, I am resolved to smash through with 100% raw paleo diet enforcement.

I wish my son who is sick was three or four in a sense.  Past that age he's so very strongly known what he wants, and especially past age eleven or twelve there is no use providing food he didn't ask for.  It seems raw animal meat and fat is really the cure for all health ills.  I'm not saying this without experience, as I've stayed with people with terrible ills and have a good bit of experience really trying with some great success with a fairly wide variety of other systems of healing and health eating.

I feel bad your son is having such bad eczema, and that you did.  I recall the pictures.  I couldn't imagine such a case.
