General Discussion / Can I eat grocery store grainfed and ground beef?

I keep hearing food poisoning unless you get your food from a good source. If that's the case should I only use this to make high meat since the bacteria, fungii and insects tend to eat away at any kind of contaminants from the terrain whenever it breaks down and putrefies.
