General Discussion / Allergic Rhinitis
« on: May 19, 2016, 06:09:44 am »
I discovered i have this utter allergy symptoms from nearly everything morning wake up when i see sunshine when middle sleep when i eat when everytime..

Nausea , blocked nose , red bloated face , itchiness in nose , tears from eyes and it can last for hours and hours and sometimes the whole day this is some concrete jungle type of symptoms to deal with it interferes with my life.

The only thing that does helps now is a drug.  Avamys.

A corticosteroid based nasal spray.

Yes i am not a drug believer my self i cured my GERD after being on proton pump inhibitors for 2 years with just one miserable supplement as magnesium.

But those symptoms are killing me i can talk to a person face to face and then out of no where bam my face bloat i have nausea nose gets red i start having tears and its just fucked up.

Those are not nasal polyps this is allergic rhinitis and polyps actually grow in people who have allergic rhinitis and leave it untreated.

Day 2 on avamys and I am nearly symptom free but its just a.temporary fix to realize cause / effects

Please help  i dont feel vibrant being depended on a drug.

General Discussion / Emptying the Bowels
« on: March 05, 2012, 08:19:49 am »
Whenever I wanted to empty my bowels I used to take 1000mg magneisum oxide before sleep and when I woke up
I usually had all my solid bowel content out of me and felt empty as heaven.. Now it just doesnt work anymore. why is that??

I am not interested in stripin everything in my intestinse with some bowel cleanser nor use enema and blow diarhea every 5 minutes..

All I want is the same effect I had with magnesium oxide. why it doesnt work anymore?

I am not by any means depended on this supplement for bowel movements I have solid bowel movements each and everyday its just that the body tends to always store atleast 1meal inside of its colon..

And I like fasting when its totally empty..

I heard chelated magnesium worth a try, what do you think?

General Discussion / Kefir fermentation extra strength
« on: March 01, 2012, 09:35:43 am »
Since kefir grains work by consuming the Sugars in milk and turning them into amino acids, vitamins, minerals, enzymes would adding sugar just as in water kefir add to the final kefir bacterial strength?? I'm not yet sure but this week I just threw some sugar into my kefir and today it turned out to be a sagacious decision because the Grains actually grew way larger in no time!! And the taste is so Sour if you won't be careful it can destroy your teeth emal!!!  As I drank it on an empty stomach it stimulated a bowel movement on the spot! Huge large poopie got right outa me like 15cm in length and 5cm in diameter (please bitch no homosexual) the stool was shiny and almost green smelled earthy too.. I googled and people have no idea the fuck would one add sugar but as it turns out the theory practice matches experience result this time and I'm fucking happy with that now why wouldn't I add white evil sugar to my next kefir fermentation?

Off Topic / states immigration question
« on: February 12, 2012, 09:56:20 am »
I am very curious... how long one must stay in the states illegally after his tourist visa expires to become a legal citizen..

Lets say a mexican gets into the states and hides his ass illegally for 10 years.. and get caught.. what happens? I mean the states is the only life he knows. or 5 years?

I just read that there is another fat storage mechanism that is not carb-insulin related but rather fat-asp based one.. Yes it would be harder to overeat fat to get that much calories from fat to gain weight but maybe this is the reason that cooked paleo diets work for most of the obese people(They just drop their overall calories ingestion thereof drop weight and get more energy left)?? If getting fat through fat-asp mechanism is true then it just proves that weight is calories-macros-micros In and calories-macro-micros out?? or it's even more complicated calories-macro-micro-enzyme-food combining Lol wtf but who counts this shit I heard people get results from calories managing diets with ice cream and pizza.. Martin berkhan says It's all about calories in calories out.. Is it true?

“My energy comes from my diet. Breakfast is 10 eggs and 2-3 pounds of bacon. Between meals, I eat lots of candy…I need it for energy. Lunch, at 1 or 2 p.m., is a double meal of a Polish pork chop, sauerkraut and potatoes.

An hour later, I work out, then take lots of supplements: magnesium, creatine, amino acids, all that stuff, and more chocolate.

Dinner is whatever meat I can get: steaks, pork chops, bacon, plus more sauerkraut and potatoes. [After I work out] I have a protein shake and more chocolate.”
http://www.theironsamurai.com/2010/01/30/mariusz-pudzianowskis-diet-and-workout-schedule/

Makes sense... highly nutritious fats, lots of amino acids, saukeraut for probiotics, potatoes and chocolate as sugar bomb direct carbs to keep pro thyroid and keep going.... some supplements like magnesium to balance the chocolate intake because chocolate depletes magnesium stores in the body, some creatine to keep highly hydrated through all his workouts...

This is my man!! CHOCOLATE = STEROIDS.

Btw think about it.. SUGAR IS NOT THE DIRECT PROBLEM! ITS THE NUTRIENTS IT DEPLETES!! if you eat a diet high in sugar but balance the nutrients intake with cod liver oil and highly nutritious fats maybe marrow and brains.. you wont get teeth decay you will become a testosterone monster!

General Discussion / teeth decay and dairy
« on: January 02, 2012, 12:19:25 am »
that dude in cure teeth decay suggests to the readers to eat alot of grassfed butter to get the fat soluble mienrals to cure teeth and this cold liver oil and this butter oil...

But he says nothing about meat and meat fat??

What if your diet is only grassfed meat primarily lamb/sheep/goat cooked wild fish and eggs? no cheese no milk no dairy at all? will this diet give me you enough Fat soluble minerals to repair teeth??

I mean caveman did it without dairy and his teeth were rock solid... so do we really need dairy? if no where to get those minerals if one is not doing raw paleo weston price but only meat eater?

Because of this dude im now scared that if i dont buy this supplement or eat grassfed raw diary I'm gonna get teeth decay...

What should I do for maximum teeth health?? My left crushing teeth is decaying i see black things on it and it hurts when I chew nuts with it.. what to do please help.. I always thought I would be the last person on the planet to get teeth decay... I eliminated all my carbs now I am eating only meat coconut oil eggs some seafood and  vegetable juies im so scared how do i save my tooth? and also it looks like my jaw is getting smaller im serious I didnt listen to you guys and continued eating grains and lots of honey and fruits now my teeth are getting very close to each other fuckk i am throwing all my carbs at home to the trash can...

Hot Topics / Post workout carbs and tooth decay
« on: December 16, 2011, 08:06:52 am »
So in his book "How to cure tooth decay"  Ramiel nagel stated that when you ingest sugar your blood minerals like phosphorus and calcium are being unbalanced and the body pulls calcium from the teeth.. this procces causes tooth decay.

So from this I also learn to not ingest carbs before a workout I rather workout in ketosis I don't wana risk tooth decay...

But what happens if I take the carbs post workout?? my muscles will take in the sugars before any imbalance in blood minerals occurs?? how does that work??

General Discussion / In regard to fat types
« on: December 12, 2011, 06:39:11 am »
Where can I learn about the characteristics and the good bad sides and why some fats are good and some not. What I know is that saturated fats from grassfed animals are the best for us because they have no toxins high in omega3 and lots of nutrients... Now I know omega6 are bad because someone said it causes inflammation? I also remember someone on this forum said "I don't eat alot of eggs because of "PUFA"? Content and the response he got from another guy was "I don't worry about the PUFA in eggs bcause I eat alot of Butter." now Wtf does that means? My logic tells me that something in the Butter balances something bad that comes from the eggs(?PUFA")? poly unsaturated fatty acids?? I feel like one dumb son of a gun... Where can I learn all about fat types effects characteristics why who where how and all this stuff.. Someone suggested me to read "The coconut oil Miracle" would that be a good place to start?? Why omega6 is that bad?? I mean is it bad by itself or because the lack of somewhat healthy balance of 3:6? I am not lazy I googled all on this and couldn't find a comprehensive guide so far.  Having said that I no longer have confidence on my rather very limited knowledge about fats... regardless the fact that my friend this week told me dont eat more than 2 eggs a day because it has alot of "Bad fats" in it and I got scared because I eat alot of it and alot of fat and know practically shit about it...  Will my 30raw eggs a day intake wreck havoc my liver someday ? enlighten  me please.

General Discussion / Dietary fat on liver
« on: November 14, 2011, 09:44:02 pm »
I am eating so much fat this days and I'm scared that I can wreck my liver with this kind of a diet... I really don't know anything about the liver and how it gets wrecked or how liver diseases are being developed and how high fat diets contribute to all those liver problems. Could anyone elaborate on the liver mechanism so I can be sure in what I'm doing and it's not damaging me.. How the honey butter combo affects it or any other fat and what about cooked fats what they do to the liver? I eat so much butter eggs fatty meats sometimes cooked too.

General Discussion / Goats butter vs cow butter
« on: November 13, 2011, 02:48:56 am »
Goats butter has wayy more cholesterol than cow butter and way more short chain fatty acids that are a direct source of energy. Which of those foods is healthier??? Goat butter fat molecules ar natualy homogenized and are super easy on the liver.. I tried the goat butter yesterday and the only thing i wasn't impressed by is the taste it tasted sheeeeeeeeppyyy oh and the things they say about goat butter is white because beta carotene converted to vit a more efficiently is not necessarily true!! My butter is yellow I don't know what is the exact mechanism behind it but my butter is yellow and super rich in calories !! Goat butter is way more caloric than cow so it's best for energy source I guess ! What do you think guys btw it's probably less estogenic and more pro thyroid because the MCFA

General Discussion / How to preserve a whole animal?
« on: October 29, 2011, 05:58:20 pm »
Well lets say I got a whole animal a sheep which I Butchered my self and skinned now I want to preserve its organs and meats in such a manner that I can eat it raw should I put it in the refrigerator on plates without covering the meat so it wont spoil with bad bacteria?

I want to buy whole animals every month and preserve them for a whole month so I can eat it for the whole month of course.

anybody doing something like that, my biggest fear is that the meat will spoil  -\ perhaps it will get high and full of good bacteria if I wont cover it ?

Maybe I should hang in the refrigerator? or ground it all like lex dose and put into boxes for daily portions ?
Whats the best method?

Edit: Can I eat the kidneys raw without cleaning them with warm water some told me they might have bad stuff in them? anybody?

And I am afraid of eating the liver of the sheep in huge portions because I read that it has too much vitamins in it and can be toxic .

Primal Diet / question on raw milk
« on: October 13, 2011, 02:58:11 am »
I dont have a source to raw cow milk...
But I do have a source to raw grassfed goat milk!!

I don't have any problems with dairy.. non at all in fact i dont have problems with it to such extent
that i can easily digest pasturized milk products (yup the highly Processed grainfed crap)

So I was wondering if I add raw grassfed goat milk to my diet will it be somehow different from cow milk??

Is it better than cow milk ? will it give me health more than cow milk??

I need your opinions  brothers as I feel that raw dairy might really be the best next thing in my life.

I crave milk i want milk but so far never gave raw milk a shot...

I never supplemented with omega 3.. recently I read alot about it and its impacts on one's health and as I'm not a huge fan of fish I believe I need this extra supplement to get the omega3,6 ratio balanced.

How do I choose the best omega 3 supplements, what should I look for?
anybody supplementing with it already? maybe share your experience?

What about doctor mercola fish oil or salmon oil?

General Discussion / What would YOU do?
« on: July 27, 2011, 04:48:18 am »
If you discovered raw paleo at age of lets say approximately 15 -16?
Would your life look different? Would you make different decisions in life?
Did you ever wish to really discover all this at such an age?
And at what age did you discover raw paleo?
